\u2022 200 g Pitenis Homemade Tomato Sauce
\u2022 100 g Pitenis Ketchup Diamond
\u2022 100 g onion
\u2022 70 g Pitenis Florina peppers
\u2022 50 g Pitenis sundried tomato
\u2022 50 ml Tsipouro with Aniseed
\u2022 40 ml Erotokritos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
\u2022 20 g Pitenis Garlic pulp
\u2022 Smoked red pepper
\u2022 Pepper mixture
\u2022 Bay leaf spice
Preparation
<\/span>In a non-stick pan, add the extra virgin olive oil “Erotokritos”.
Saut\u00e9 the onion, garlic, octopus tentacle and add the tsipouro with aniseed.
Allow the alcohol to evaporate and add the homemade sauce, the sundried tomato, the Florina pepper, Ketchup Diamond, spices and bring to a boil.
